How This Works

 

3 Easy Steps to Listing Your Property on the Realtors® MLS.

1. After reviewing the details of our Flat Fee MLS Package, download the forms located at the bottom of our detailed Listing package. When you are ready, fill in your information and fax the forms to 847.543.7822.

2. Once we receive your filled in forms, it will take us about 2 hours to create your Listing and make it active on the Realtors® Multiple Listing Service.

3. We will email, fax, or mail a copy of your Realtors® MLS Listing to you for review. Payment can be made via credit card or check.
